Nursing Experience in 11 Aortic Dissecting Aneurysm Cases after Replacement of Thoracic Aorta

Objective To summarize the nursing experience in aortic dissecting aneurysm cases after replacement of thoracic aorta.Methods Actively cooperation with the nursing was made after replacement of thoracic aorta,and closely observation vital signs of the patients along with well health education were implemented.Results 11 patients' artificial blood vessels were successful implanted and no complications were observed.All cased were recovered and discharged from the hospital in the postoperative two weeks.Conclusion The correct nursing for patients with aortic dissecting anenrysm will be beneficial to their postoperative recovery.
