Research of Forkhead Box Protein 1 Gene in Tumorigenesis

FOXP1 gene is a novel transcription factor,the protein which FOXP1 gene encodes plays an important role in the development of mammals.Furthermore, it may act as a tumur suppressor or promoter in different human tumors.To introduce the structure、function and tumorigenesis of FOXP1 gene,a brief review was made in this paper.
