Coronary heart disease is the cause of death in Chinese population. Abnormal lipid metabolism is the main pathogenesis of coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia caused by the mechanism of atherosclerosis is the research focus. Lipid disorders usually refers to the plasma cholesterol or(and)TG level increased.Recent studies have recognized that lower plasma HDL-C is also a blood lipid abnormality.Type of lipid metabolism in Chinese population is high TG,low HDL hyperlipidemia.Coronary heart disease and blood levels of LDL-C was positively correlated. However, coronary heart disease and HDL-C levels were negatively correlated. With the increase in LDL-C levels, ischemic heart disease relative risk and absolute risk of an upward trend and the degree increase. With the light to moderate levels of serum TG grammar,Chinese People have increased risk of coronary heart disease.Serum HDL-C levels were negatively correlated with coronary heart disease.
