Objective The aim of this study was to explore the early diagnosis value of anti-CCP antibody, rheumatoid factor and C-reactive protein in Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).Methods The serum anti-CCP antibody was detected by semi-quantitative immunosorbent(ELISA)and CRP as well as RF concentrations were detected by immune turbidimetry bulk color. Results The RA diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of the anti-CCP antibody,RF and CRP as well as the combination of three diagnostic markers were 93.5% and 72.6%,77.3% and 77.3%,63.6%and 82.3%,92.5%and 97.6%,respectively.Conclusion The RA highest diagnostic specificity of three markers was anti-CCP antibody and the highest diagnostic sensitivity was RF.The best diagnostic efficiency of RA was combination detection of the three markers, which had statistical significance, compared with a single diagnostic marker.
