Clinical Application of Neruo-tendon Anastomosis to Prevent the Neuromatic Stump Pain

Objective This study aimed to investigate clinical application of anastomosis of nerve to tendon for neuromatic stump pain.Methods A total of 200cut finger cases of hand injury patients in clinical emergency admission were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group(application of anastomosis of nerve to tendon after cut finger surgery)and the control group(none treatment).Results There was 14cases in loss of follow-up,and186cases with a period of follow-up of 6months to 2years.The incidence rate of neuromatic stump pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in control according to the assessment criteria.Conclusion Anastomosis of nerve to tendon was an effective and newmethod for treatment of neuromatic stump pain.
