Clinical Observation of Promethazine in Treatment of 25 Patients with Vertigo of Cerebellar Hemorrhage

Objective This study was engaged to explore the efficacy of Promethazine in treatment of the patients with vertigo by cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods A total of 25patients of cerebellar hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group(trophic nerve,inhibition of gastric acid,or Metoclopramide Injection)and control group(promethazine muscle injection).Results There was obvious signification among treatment groups and the control group.Conclusion Promethazine is remarkable effective in the treatment of vertigo of cerebellar hemorrhage with a rapid response.
