Status Analysis and Countermeasures for connection between medical secondary and higher vocational education

Nowadays the higher education has been developed,how to make a feature of occupational education system,included the connection between secondary and higher vocational education.For the sake of exploring the existing problem and reason,and the improvement above the recent connection,we chose students from FuJian Health College 2010 grade to 2012 grade totally 11classes which were nursing specialty,laboratory medicine specialty,and pharmacy specialty,to do a questionnaire survey.The survey centred on students' view around the connection of course and educational resource.After analyzing and processing the data,we found between it the course connection is not tight,part repeated and cultural basic course disconneced.Based on this,we proposed the effective convergence:implementing the classification training and flexible teaching,giving consideration to the different culture students,paying attention to the training of students' practical ability,enhancing teaching management in integration between secondary and higher vocational to higher vocational college directly.
