The modified electrode with silver nano-particles immobiled silk was employed for electrocatalyt- ic oxidation of p-benzenediol.The affection of acidity and scan rate were investigated,and the electrocatalytic oxidation mechanism of p-benzenediol at modified electrode was studied.The results show that there was an ex- cellent linearity between oxidation current and concentration of p-benzenediol in the range of 4×10~(-6)~(1×10~(-3)mol/L,and good detection limit and sensitivity.The results were satisfactory with of detection real samples.
