EFFECT OF THE MIXED STANDS OF BLACK LOCUST WITH OTHER TREE SPECIES ON SOIL CHEMICAL PROPERTY AND SOIL ENZYME ACTIVITY

In saline-alkali soil of coastal district of Yellow River Delta,the soil chemical property and soil en- zyme activity on mixed stands of black locust with different tree species are studied in this paper.The result shows:That organic matter and available N content of mixed stands are higher than that of the pure black locust stand.Available P,K in 5-20cm soil layer of mixed stands are generally lower than that of the pure black lo- cust stand and available P,K content of 20-40cm soil layer are higher than that of the pure black locust stand. Mixed stands have significantly improved soil main enzyme activity.Mixed stands can significantly improve some microelements.The benefit of Robinia pseudoaca L.x Fraxinnus chinensisRoxb,is superior to Robinia pseud- oaca L.x Sophora japonica L.and the benefit of Robinia pseudoaca L.x Sophora japonica L.is superior to Ro- binia pseudoaca L.x Ailanthus altissima Swingle.
