Researches on CO_2 concentration of cells, stomatal conduction and resistance and daily variations of photosynthetic ratio in leaf blades of Fargesia denudata

CO_2 concentration of cells, stomatal conduction and resistance and daily variation pulse oi photosynthetic ratio in leaf blades of Fargesia denudata were determined in Wanglang Nature Reserve by means of an portable photosynthetic analyser, an aspiration wet-bulb hygrothermograph and a light meter. And researches were also made on the relations between them and environmental factors so as to select the main factors influencing the daily variations of photosynthetic characteristics, get an empirical formula and provide bases for artificially improving photosynthetic performance and enhancing the photosynthetic ratio of Fargesia denudata. In addition , a systematic research was made into the integrated influence of CO_2 concentration, stomatal conduction and resistance and environmental factors on photosynthetic ratio so as to evaluate the photosynthesis of Fargesia denudata.
