Effects of resveratrol on mitochondrial membrane potential of HUVEC cells induced by LPS

Objective:To investigate the effects of resveratrol on the mitochondrial membrane potential of the HUVEC cells induced by LPS.Methods:HUVEC cells were cultured in vitro and divided into LPS group,normal group,160,80,40,20μg·L-1resveratrol group.LPS group and resveratrol groups were stimulated by 1μg·m l-1 LPS for 24 h,cell viability was observed by CCK-8;mitochondrial membrane potential were tested by the fluorescence microscope.Results:Compared with model group,resveratrol at the concentration of 160,80,40,20μg·L-1could increase the cell viability and increase the mitochondrial membrane potential significantly(P0.05).Conclusion:Resveratrol could against the apoptosis of HUVEC cell induced by LPS,and the mechanism may be associated with the increasion of the mitochondrial membrane potential.
