Analysis of surgical treatment of the 34 spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage

Objective:To investigate the treatment method and effects of surgical treatment on spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 34 patients with cerebellar hemorrhage from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital.The treatment method and effect were described.Results:Twenty-two patients underwent craniotomy hematoma removal and bone flap decompression,which recovered well in 16 cases,severe disability in 2cases,1cases of plant survival,3cases of death.CT guided stereotactic hematoma aspiration was performed in 6cases,including 4cases of good recovery,1cases of severe disability,1cases of death.6cases were treated with external ventricular drainage,5cases recovered well and 1case was severe disability.Conclusion:Patients with spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage were treated by different surgical approach according to the severity of the disease,CT performance and other aspects,surgical treatment in time,to achieve good results,as far as possible to reduce mortality and severe disability rate.
