Effect of early rehabilitation nursing on activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective:To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the activities of daily living in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:According to the time of admission,300 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group(n=150).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the patients in the experimental group received early rehabilitation nursing.The nursing satisfaction and activities of daily living of the two groups were compared.Results:In nursing satisfaction and activities of daily living score,patients in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(96.67% v.s 86.67% and 71.31±4.51 v.s 56.32±5.24,respectively,P0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the ability of daily living,improve the quality of life of patients with a wide range of value.
