Effect of NaCl autolysis promoter on the ceramids content of Candida lipolytica

NaCl autolysis promoter was applied to destroy cell wall for Candida lipolytica ceramids extraction.In order to acquire better chromatography result and protect the elution column,SPE was applied to isolate ceramids from another membrane lipids.TLC and HPLC-ELSD were applied for qualitative and quantitative analysis respectively.
