Phytohemagglutinin(PHA) was extracted from the bean, and the hemagglutination titer was 28,its weight was 87 mg after being freeze-dried.7,14,70 mg/kg dose of PHA and classical swine fever vaccines were injected to 35-day-old piglets,15 days after the injection, the antibody levels of high dose group increased significantly(P0.01) than that of the control group, while the middle and low dose group increased significantly(P0.05).The percentage of T lymphocytes of high, middle and low dose groups increased significantly(P0.05) than that of the control group, and the high dose group was the best.
