Observation on the effect of Optimal bromide amine against artificially induced chicken colibacillosis

In order to evaluate the preventive and curative effect of Optimal bromide amine against chicken colibacillosis,colibacillosis was artificially induced in one-week old commercial broilers Avine in this experiment,the Optimal bromide amine was conducted with three different doses,and Amikacin Sulfate,Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection and Ceftiofur Sodium were served as the control medicines.The results showed that Optimal bromide amine had better preventive and curative effect against chicken colibacillosis,the protective rate and curative rate by Optimal bromide amine were all significantly higher than those of other medicines with high and medium dose,and reached up to 93.3%(P0.05),90.0%(P0.05) respectively.
