Studies on the Biochemiced Genetic Markers in the blood of Angora Goats Tibetan Goats(valley type)and Their Filial Generrations

Blood protein loci,including Hb,Alb,Tf,AKP,ES,LDH,Am of Angora goats,Tibetan goats(vallely type),their fitrst filial generations(F 1),and their first backcross generations(F 2)were detected by means of Verticsl Plate Polyacrylam Gel eletrophoresis The results showed Hb、Alb、LDH、Am were nommorphic Tf、AKP、E S were polymorhic The average genetic heterozygosity of the four populations have been determined by use of the gene frequency of Hb、Tf、AKP、Alb、Am The results showed the genetic heterozygosity of Angora goats was smallest one and Tibetan goats was greatest one The results of analysing genetic similarity coefficients between each population showed it as same as grading breeding;Analysising the phonetype distribution of each goat population showed the difference between the parents was greatest and the differnce between Angora goats and F 1、F 2,and the difference between F 1 and F 2 was smallest one
