The Effect of Ventilate Lung Remove Blood Stasis and Resolve phlegm Therapy on vasoactive substances in Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension Rats

Objective:To explore the effect of mixture of San'aotingxiong on ET-1、CGRP、TXB2、6-KETO-PGF1α in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension rats.Methods:Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:blank-control group,model group and captopril group,large-dosage Chinese herb group,small-dosage Chinese herb group.Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension was established by exposing the rats(except the blank-control group) to normobaric hypoxic condition for 5 weeks,from the third week,each group was separately treated with physioiogical saline,captopril liquor,mixture of San'antingxiong of equal amount for 3 weeks.Each group was fed in equal condition.After 5 weeks,PASP、PADP、mPAP were determined by right cardiac catheterization;ET-1、CGRP、TXB2、6-KETO-PGF(1α) were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:PASP、PADP、mPAP of model group increase obviously,CGRP、6-KETO-PGF(1α) of large-dosage Chinese herb group and small-dosage Chinese herb group increase obviously;ET-1、TXB2、PASP、PADP、mPAP of large-dosage Chinese herb group and small-dosage Chinese herb group decrease obviously.Conclusions:mixture of San'aotingxiong can prevent and treat pulmonary hypertension and improve the high blood-coagulation state in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension rats through raising the level of CGRP、6-KETO-PGF(1α) in blood plasma,reducing the level of TXB2、ET-1.Thus provide the experimental evidence for ventilate lung remove blood stasis and resolve phlegm therapy treating pulmonary hypertension.
