Objective:To investigate Changes of T cellular immune function in the rats with liver-qi stagnation syndrome and effect of powder of ChaiHuShuGan on it.Methods:T cells of models were cultured in vitro, then T 1ymphocyte proliferative ability, the content and mRNA of IL-4 and IFN-γ were detected by MTT,ELISA and RT-PCR respectively, and decoction of ShiJunZi was given. Results:Compared to normal group, the T 1ymphocyte proliferative ability was decrease, and the content and mRNA of IL4 were decreased, while the content and mRNA of IFN-γ was increased(all P0.05),Th cell shift towards Th1 in the T cells of the model's.Treated with powder of ChaiHuShuGan for models, could regulate immune function and convert the imbalant state to normal state.Compared with normal group, all index reached to normal levels(P0.05),and convert the imbalant state of Th1Th2 and make it incling to normal state. Conclusions:T cellular immune function in the rats with liver-qi stagnation syndrome was disorder,it seems to be that the T 1lymphocyte proliferative ability decreased and imbalance in the Th1 and Th2 arose,Th cell shifted toward Th1;powder of ChaiHuShuGan could regulate immune function and convert the imbalant state to normal state.
