The Relation Between Acupuncture-sensitivity and Changes of Neuropeptide in Fat Strip Structure of SD Rats

Objective:To observe the change of some neuropetide in fat strip structure along stomach meridian of Acupuncture-sensitive and Acupuncture-insensitive rats.Methods:Acupuncture ST36,then pick out Acupuncture-sensitive and Acupuncture-insensitive rats by hot water tail flick test assay,and take radioimmunoassay to measure the content of β-endrophin、dynorphin and substance P in acupunctured fat strip structure along stomach meridian of the rats.Results:Under group t-test:The value of substance P of Acupuncture-sensitive rats [(1.57±0.49)] were significantly different from that of Acupuncture-insensitive ones [(3.19±1.43)](P0.05);The value of dynorphin of Acupuncture-sensitive rats [(23.08±8.61)] were significantly different from that of Acupuncture-insensitive ones [(54.63±23.39)](P0.05);The value of β-endrophin of Acupuncture-sensitive rats [(19.08±7.42)] were not significantly different from that of Acupuncture-insensitive ones [(42.70±26.91)](P0.05).Conclusions:The rats which were insensitive to analgesic acupuncture was not because their content of dynorphin and β-endrophin in strip structure lower than those of Acupuncture-sensitive ones.
