Rapid Silicon Tooling Manufacturing Technology and its Application Based on Rapid Prototype

Main methods, basic principle and application fields of the rapid prototyping manufacturing technology are introduced briefly.The whole manufacturing process of silicon mould and relative key techniques based on a rapid prototype are described in detail.
