The Properties and Preparation of Poly Glutamic Acid Nanofiber Via Solution Blowing Process

In this paper,poly glutamic acid(PGA)nanofiber mats were prepared by solution blowing process,and the structure and properties of nanofiber mats were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS).The results indicate that with the PGA contents increasing,the average diameter of nanofibers increase gradually.The surface of nanofibers is smooth and the average diameter of nanofibers is 659 nm,when the PGA content is 50wt% and the concentration of spinning solution is 15wt%.
