Designed Synthesis and Analytical Application of A Highly Selective Ratiometric Fluorescent Probe for Hydrazine

In this paper,a naphthalimide-derived ratiometric fluorescent probe employing 4-bromobutanoate moiety as recognition receptor for hydrazine was designed and synthesized for developing a simple and accurate method for the detection of hydrazine.The proposed fluorescent probe can detect hydrazine accurately in the range of 0~50μM with the detection limit of 0.3μM through ratiometric fluorescence spectra.Additionally,this probe possessed advantages including rapid response,high selectivity and anti-interference,and will provide a new assay for accurately detecting hydrazine.
