Study on Tensile Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Resin Composites

In this paper,the glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites with different layer parameters were prepared by hand lay-up molding process.The tensile properties of untreated sample,samples treated by NaOH solution and H_2O_2 solution respectively were tested and compared.The results showed that the influence of the laying order of 45°and-45°on the tensile strength of the specimens could be neglected when the continuous laying order was±45°.Comparing with untreated sample,the tensile strength of samples treated by NaOH solution and H_2O_2 solution decreased to 26.65% and 50.47% respectively.
