Study on Photo-catalytic Degradation Performances of Heterogeneous System with Supported Photo-catalysis TiO_2 in Dyeing Wastewater Treatment

In order to solve the separation of photo-catalysis TiO_2 from dyeing solution,the heterogeneous system combined supported photo-catalysis TiO_2 with ultraviolet lamp was adopted in this article.The photo-catalytic degradation of acid red 18 and reactive violet 145 dyeing solution were also discussed.By the experimental analysis,the results were reached as follows:Under the irradiation of ultraviolet lamp,the removal rates of the two dyes,acid red 18 and reactive violet 145,can be realized to 99.1%and 78.2%respectively with the photo-catalytic degradation by supported TiO_2 photo-catalyst.By reaction kinetics analysis,the photo-catalytic degradation rate of acid red 18 dye solution was higher up to 2.5 times than that of reactive violet 145 dye solution.After 130 min reaction,the acid red 18 dye solution showed a colorless and transparent state.
