The Dynamic Simulation of Single-Cylinder Engine Based on MATLAB/Simulink

Based on Simulink which is a dynamic simulation tool provided by MATLAB, using simultaneous constraint method, a simulation model of dynamics analysis is established in the crank-connecting rod of single-cylinder engine,and an consistency check block is added into simulation model according to vector loop equations. After the setting of all simulation parameters of S195 diesel engine, the simulation is carried out. The results show that the motion and dynamic data can be acquired conveniently and exactly,and the reference of choosing mechanism and optimizing design can be provided.
