Technology of Hybrid Electric Vehicle and Development Practice

The developing situation of the hybrid technology, the fuel-saving mechanism and classified method of HEV are introduced. Synthetically considering the effect of fuel-saving, cost, difficulty of changing structure, feasibility of industrialization, the ISG mild HEV was developed. The test result indicates that the dynamical performance is enhanced, the fuel-consumption in ECE-EUDC cycle is reduced by 6.1%. The stability of the HEV is pretty good. The method of reducing fuel-consumption is discussed.
