The Design of PLC-based Dried Noodle Weighing Control

At present, most of the domestic dried noodle packaging is completed by hand, only a small part is packaged by plastic heating packaging, but adopting plastic packaging costs higher and it is easy to pollute the environment, while heating packaging is bulk packaging which is not conductive to transport. In order to make packaging equipment automatically, we use Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC), stepper motor, weighing sensor, A/D converter and the pressure transmission and so on to achieve electrical control, which can implement associated working with the production line, supports operations of quantitative paper packaging for dried noodle, overcomes low efficiency, high cost, high noise and other drawbacks, and has very high cost performance. The equipment structure is simple with small size, the production cost is lower with stable performance, the packaging speed is high up to 8.57kg per minute, and the packaging is neat and firm.
