Welding Technological Procedure Optimization of B-type Subway Side Frame Based on SYSWELD Sumulation

A method of optimizing welding technological procedure of B-type subway side frame based on SYSWELD simulation is described. By studying the B type subway rail car side frame simulation model and its application,and by studying the calculated process and result of welding transshape and welding remnants tension,a satisfied craft of the welding sequence,the welding standard and the welding assemble are gained. In view of the above, the welding technological procedure optimization can be in progress.
