Performance Test Analysis of Vibration Transfer Function of Trimmed Body

Aiming at the acquisition and processing of vibration transmission function of a certain type of MPV vehicle body, the VTF method is given with wavelet packet analysis. Firstly, the acceleration frequency response signal is acquired in the frequency domain through the dynamic acquisition system. Then, the filtering and hierarchical decomposition of the frequency response signal is carried out by the MATLAB wavelet packet analysis GUI tool, and the appropriate global threshold is selected for compression in consideration of the residual energy proportion. Finally, the predominant frequency is selected according to the coherence function curve of the frequency domain signal, and the vibration transfer function is obtained by comparing the peak value of the frequency response function. The results show that this method can effectively evaluate the vehicle NVH performanc.
