Modal Static Stiffness Analysis and Verification of Cross Car Beam of Commercial Vehicle

The article proposes a method of CCB modal and static stiffness analysis. From the finite element analysis and the SOR(statement of requirement)of CCB, we can get a satisfactory CAE result. It also explores and summarizes the correct test verification method, and proves the accuracy of the finite element model and model static stiffness analysis of the CCB. It gets the reasons of differences from the experimental results and the finite element analysis, and has a certain guiding significance for development of other CCB.
