Design of an Automatic Temperature Rising Measurement Device for Pump Motor Winding Based on PLC

Manual measurement is still used in traditional submersible pump temperature-rise test, which has low efficiency and poor precision. A new device based on PLC for automatic testing of motor winding resistance is proposed. Relying on the test criteria of submersible pumps, the automation of temperature rise test is solved by computer technology. In addition, the testing principle of the device is introduced. Finally, the reliability of the device is demonstrated by data.
