Double Close-loop System of Brushless DC Motor Based on Hall Sensor

The double close-loop system of brushless DC motor based on Hall sensor is introduced to provide rotor position signal. On the basis of detailed analysis of the traditional brushless DC motor, speed feedback of system is realized by using speed sensors, ensure the accuracy of the motor control at the same time increase the current feedback, to realize the inner current loop and outer speed loop of the double close-loop control. At the same time, the speed and power current are used as the feedback signal to achieve the purpose of low torque ripple and stable speed. Through the simulation of PSIM software, the waveform of each parameter can be obtained. By analyzing the waveform, the double closed-loop control system based on Hall sensor can be used to improve the dynamic and static performance of brushless DC motor.
