Influence of Valve Opening on Control Performance in DCT Hydraulic System

In order to improve the control precision of hydraulic control system in dual clutch automatic transmission, this paper takes the electro-hydraulic control system of self-developed seven-speed double-clutch automatic transmission as the research object. According to the different working characteristics of the synchronizer and the clutch, motion control of synchronizer and clutch's cylinder is achieved through valve opening control, so that the power shift can be realized. The simulation results show that the opening of the hydraulic valve port has a direct impact on the pressure and flow of the output, and the control of port opening can make the cylinder meet the requirements of operation.
