Effect of Main Design Parameters of Automobile ESP Pump on Dynamic Response of Wheel Brake Cylinder

The AMESim software is used to establish the ESP pump model of automobile. And the influence of the main design parameters of the pump on the dynamic response of the brake cylinder is analyzed with the increase time tr and the delay time td. It is pointed out that the diameter of the outlet ball valve and the spring stiffness of the inlet valve are the key parameters that influence the dynamic response of brake wheel cylinder, providing theoretical basis for designing and manufacturing ESP pump in China.
