Dynamic Simulation Analysis of Sliding Block Self-centering Center Frame Based on ADAMS

Self-centering center frame is the key component to ensure the self-centering of the workpiece axis and clamping performance of processing axis workpieces. Its center positioning accuracy has direct impact on workpiece processing efficiency and processing accuracy. Based on this, through the establishment of multi-body system kinematics equation, kinematic simulation and dynamics simulation for self-centering frame are conducted using ADAMS multi-body dynamics simulation software. The curves of the clamping forces on the middle chuck, the upper chuck and the lower chuck of the middle slider with different driving forces are studied by simulation of the actual working conditions with and without grinding force. The results provide some theoretical references for the optimal design of the self-centering frame.
