Design of Special Servo Valve Based on Reciprocating Hydraulic Control System of Honing Machine Spindle

This article describes the servo valve in the spindle reciprocating hydraulic control system in the field of grinding, focusing on the design and calculation of the special servo valve in the system. The innovative point of this article is that the spool drive method of the designed servo valve is different from the traditional servo valve driven by a proportional solenoid. The spool is driven by a servo motor and a ball screw, which can accurately control the spool, and can overcome the impact of hydraulic power on the displacement of the valve core as well.
