Application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) in Rapid Diagnosis of Plant Diseases and Insect Pests

From both the advantages and disadvantages of traditional diagnosis methods of pests and diseases, and based on practical application cases, this paper summarizes that the UAV technology has advantages of low cost monitoring, fast response speed, high data resolution, intuitive and comprehensive information feedback compared with traditional diagnosis methods. It is pointed out that the method of pest diagnosis based on UAV technology still has some problems that need to be solved urgently, such as single and simple data source, limited processing, analysis ability and precision. The conclusion shows that UAV has broad application prospects in information acquisition, analysis and diagnosis of pests and diseases.
