The application effect of the arranging method of cycling identification in Brassica napus

By using the arranging method of cycling identification in two directions, Youyan 6 variety of Brassica napus with "double low "has been arranged continuously .The result showed that the seed purity had been improved from 79%to 98.3%. After arrangement, the purity of Youyan 6 increased 23% , the yield and resistance were obviously better than those of selfsufficient seed .The quality characters such as erucic acid content(0.89%), glucosinlate content(28.77mol/g),oleic acid content(67.43%) and oil content(41.34%) were accorded with the standard of high quality in rapeseed. This method is simple and easy to operate and practical effect is good .It not only could offer good seeds continuously, but also improve the variety purity.
