Study of the dormancy characteristic and controlling of different gene type mini-tuber stuffs

This paper is to analyze the dormancy characteristic of three types of minituber stuffs in three different promoting techniques of sproutpromotion. The result revealed that two families take more sproutingtime (the time takes from onesprouted to all) than varieties in three treatments. The diversity of the sproutingtimes of different stuffs is significant differences in all treatments. Gibberellins treatment can decrease the dormancytime 25.0%-62.5% and the sproutingtime 34.7%-71.4% than in room temperature for three types of minituber stuffs. But the buds grow thinner and longer. Changedtemperature treatment is not effective to decrease the dormancytime that is shorter, but can shorten the dormancytime that is longer and decrease the sproutingtime 28.6%-50.0% for three types of minituber stuffs. And the buds grow thicker and shorter.
