Study of the dormancy characteristic and controlling of different gene type mini-tuber stuffs

This paper is to analyze the dormancy characteristic of three types of minituber stuffs in three different promoting techniques of sproutpromotion. The result revealed that two families take more sproutingtime (the time takes from onesprouted to all) than varieties in three treatments. The diversity of the sproutingtimes of different stuffs is significant differences in all treatments. Gibberellins treatment can decrease the dormancytime 25.0%-62.5% and the sproutingtime 34.7%-71.4% than in room temperature for three types of minituber stuffs. But the buds grow thinner and longer. Changedtemperature treatment is not effective to decrease the dormancytime that is shorter, but can shorten the dormancytime that is longer and decrease the sproutingtime 28.6%-50.0% for three types of minituber stuffs. And the buds grow thicker and shorter.
