Disintegration Mechanism of Soil Aggregates in the Ganjiang River

In order to better protect the Ganjiang River,a new method for determining the stability of soil aggregates using the Le Bissonnais( LB) method was used to study the disintegration of soil aggregates in the soil types of the Ganjiang River Conservation Area. The results of the study showed that soil Agglomerates 5mm,5 ~ 2 mm,2 ~ 0. 5 mm,0. 5 ~ 0. 25 mm size particles,under slow wetting,rapid wetting,and pre-humidification after shaking,the particles maintained a strong stability and exceeded More than 75% of the particles still retain their original size,with less broken particles and stronger particle stability. The larger the initial aggregates,the larger the MWD value. The main disintegration mechanism of the regional soil type aggregates is the pressure of the occlusive air. Destruction,which is the destruction of dry soil in the natural world in the event of a sudden rainstorm,is the most effective measure to better protect the soil of the Ganjiang River.
