Optimization of Solid Fermentation Condition of Trichoderma longibrachiatum GF-10 on Mixed Substrates

Trichoderma longibrachiatum GF-10 is a strain with good biocontrol potential.This experiment optimized the solid fermentation condition and the component of mixed substrates of Trichoderma longibrachiatum GF-10 by the single factor test and orthogonal test.The results showed that when the medium substrate weight was 8 g culture of inoculum quantity of 200 μL of the spore suspension with 1×107cfu/m L,the best nutrient condition was the wheat bran: bamboo charcoal ratio = 16 ∶ 1 and 5% glucose,1. 5‰( NH4)2SO4,1. 5‰MgSO4,0. 6% KH2PO4 and 0. 5% mixed mineral elements.The best culture condition was pH = 7,28℃,12h/d light,stirring after 48 h,7 d culture.The maximum sporulation quantity was 1. 25×1010cfu/g,110.79%higher than that of bran-based culture. This study improved the sporulation of Trichoderma longibrachiatum GF-10 and laid the foundation for the industrial production and field application of the strain.
