This paper explores the clinic significance of the prolonged of P100 in visually evoked cortical potentials.Among the ophthamological cases examined, there are 30 eyes with visual reuritis in 25 patients,30 eyes with sclerosis in 15 patients and another 30 eyes with 20 glucoma. And 50 normal eyes of 25 patients serve as a controlled group. The results suggest that the latent period of P100 are prolonged in all the patients with visual neural lesions, which reflects the visual neural impairement.
