Research of Measurement for Blood Plasma Viscosity in the Process of Blood Concreting and Its Clinical Significance

A measurement method of blood plasma viscosity in the process of blood concreting was researched.The viscometer was composed of mechanical rotating parts creating different shear rate, a sample cup and a cone plank. Using 8051 microcomputer,a PID controlling measurement system was developped and the torque was related to viscosity in the measurement. The changing rules of viscosity related to time and the parameters that influenced the blood coagulation in plasma samples of chicken, rabbit, rat and human were measured. The results show that the method is efficient and supply useful information for clinical research.
