The General Electric Activity Characters of the Rat Hippocampus Ex-vivo Pyramidal Cells

To study the general characters of the rat hippocampus of the spontaneous electric activity of the ex-vivo pyramidal cells.We recorded the electrophysiology near the hippocampal pyramidal cells of the rat limbic system by capillary glass microelectrode with continous perfusion of the artificial cerebrospinal fluid(ACSF).Results showed that five characters of spontaneous were recorded by the rat hippocampal cells,they were un-regulation release,single wave regular release,intension release,paroxysm release and period release.It proves that the characters of the rat hippocampus of the spontaneous electric activity may connect with the arrangement of the cells,and the respondence of the stimulants.
