Effects of Sustained Low-efficiency Hemodialysis during Hypotension in Maintenance Elderly Hemodialysis Patients

To observe the effects of sustained low-efficiency hemodialysis during hypotension in maintenance elderly hemodialysis patients.Twenty maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypotension were randomly divided into two groups.Control group(group A,n=20),ordinary trip hemodialysis 4 h;sustained low-efficiency hemodialysis group(group B,n=20), sustained low-efficiency hemodialysis 6 h.The hemodynamic parameters of all the patients with before hemodialysis(To),after starting hemodialysis 30,60,90,120,180,240,300,360 min(T1~T8) were monitored and recorded by Bioz.ICG Monitor.Results showed that there was no significant difference between the hemodynamic parameters of two groups(P0.05).HR accelerated markedly,MAP decreased significantly,cI decreased,SVRI decreased significantly of both groups aften beginning treatment(T1)(P0.01).The MAP,SVRI at each point(T4~Ts) of SLED group after 120 min′s treatment(T0) were significantly increased compared with the control group and before treatment(P0.01).In SLED,HR at each time point(T4~T8) after 120 min′s treatment was significantly decreased(P0.05) compared with the group treated with 30 min and control group.CI,CO of both groups at each time point(T1~T6)decreased in varying level(P0.05 or 0.01) after beginning dialysis with 30 min,but they increased significantly(P0.05 or 0.01)at the end of SLED treatment(T8) compared with before treatment(T0) and control group.It is concluded that SLED can adjust the hypotension state of the patients and improve the hemodialysis fully and the patient′s hemodynamic.
