Image Processing based on Dynamic Analysis for Pulsatile Behavior of Cultured Cardiac Myocytes

Studing of mechanisms of cardiovascular disease and medicine action, by quantitative analysis on characteristic parameter of cultured cardiac myocytes dynamically,has very important biological signification.We took videos including auto-rhythmic pulsatiles of cultured cardiac myocytes as study object,recorded and processed optical density values continuously base on image processing.The signal changes provided data foundation for the further multi-aspect dynamic pulsatile behavior analysis.A new identification method of systolic / diastolic wave crest was presented to realize the efficient dynamic analysis of frequency character.
