STUDY ON A MAGNETIC IMMOBILIZED NEUTRAL PROTEASE

A magnetic immobilized protease, having 710U/g enzyme activity, has beenprepared by covalent coupling a neutral proteflse(Bacillus subtilis ) onto a magneticpolystyrene microsphere.The magnetic protease has excellent thermal stability and working stability. It has thePH optimum 6.0,the temperatLire optimtim, 60℃. Ionic strength,surface carbOxyl groups,the diameter of magnetic polymer microspheres aidproportion between suports and ezymeson immobilization of the neutral protease onto magnetic polymer microspheres have been in-vestigated.
