Imbalance of the Role and Orientation of Objective in Medical Students

Gao Qingrong,et al.
During the role-playing course, there have existed in medical students such imbalanced problems as confused cognition of the role, psychological unstableness of the role, pursuit of the role for material gain, conflicts in playing roles, lack of the role's passion. To solve these problems, what counts lies in defining role objectives of medical students: the way to gain a role should be“self-made”; the objective to pursue a role should be “initiative”;the state of mind for undertaking a role should be“conscious” and “unconscious”; and the obey to a role’s standard should be “stipulated”.
