TWO-STEP RAINBOW HOLOGRAPHY WITH NO SLIT——THE RELATION OF SYNTHESIZED SLIT AND RECONSTRUCTION SOURCE

Further investigation of two-step rainbow holography using no slit has been made. The relation between the location of the synthesized slit and the translation direction of the reconstruction source are given, when the reconstruction beam of the master hologram is in the form of a spherical wave. The formula determining the width of the synthesized slit in general case is obtained.
